Now for a limited time I 'll have a little more time for my own projects. Currently I'm working on 2 new recordings. One is my third solo bass recording and the other is a collection of trios, quartets and quintets. My goal is to have both of these released in the coming months or early fall. Being addicted to playing bass gigs I also get busy running around playing sideman gigs. Everyone needs a bass player. Gary Burton famously said "bass players always work" If you play an instrument that isn't in demand and you have a desire to be out there playing with other musicians consider taking up bass. It's loads of fun and you'll always be needed somewhere.
